TRAVEL INFORMATION

Flights and travel tips

For those flying in from European cities (which include London, Vienna, Milan, Frankfurt, etc.), we recommend you fly into Skiathos (JSI). Please let us know your travel schedule through the RSVP form, so we can arrange your transportation to Alonnisos accordingly.

Another option is to fly into Athens. If you need transportation, please reach out to George at +30 6944455309.

From Athens, you can also take a ferry from Volos (a 3 hour drive from Athens) or Mantoudi (a 2 hour drive) to Alonissos.

A final option (and most worthy) is to paddle. It's 37.6 miles from Skiathos or 193.7 miles from Athens. We’ll be waiting for you with a Gin & Tonic at the beach.

Local Transport

Car rentals, scooters, and taxis are available. We will be arranging transportation between the hotel and the church for all guests on the wedding day.

We will be arranging accommodation for our guests at Marpunta, where the events will also take place. Please let us know if you have any specific requests through the RSVP form or by emailing antonia@meliparties.gr.
